nb, Coventry was to have a 300 space Cycle Hub, "after fuss kicked up (by @Manifiesto ) they ~doubled from previous ~75 to 140".

"Obviously I'd rather have seen the hub, but there wre very clear heritage + technical reasons why they couldn't have done it"
